I would like to compliment you on one of your sales associates, Eric Williams. I recently bought a Toyota 4Runner Limited from him and I have to say he was professional, knowledgeable and perfectly at ease selling. He has gone the extra mile in every case to ensure that I was satisfied. I have been by a few times to question him on all the features of the SUV and he has always been there to provide the correct advice. When I noticed this week that I did not have the correct cargo net he was quick to make sure I got the right one. Love the 4Runner and all its options. I call it the Batmobile. My husband and I were sort of forced into buying a new car. Why? Ernesto hit and flooded my old car. Insurance adjuster came out, totalled the car and said you can go buy a new one now. Financially we were not quite ready, but with two people working, in two different directions ... we needed another car. So we went to RK Chevrolet ... WHAT AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! We just had the best time ... the sales people were wonderful and the financial officer too was a hoot! We left there with what we wanted, in the price range we needed and an all around great feeling! I have been spreading around the dealership in hopes some of my colleagues will give RK a shot should they need a new or used car in the near future! THANKS SO MUCH RK CHEVROLET!!! This was the 4th time I've purchased a new car and by far the most pleasant. Andy Miller got me in the car I wanted, with the options I wanted, and best of all at the price I wanted. I had to wait 2 weeks for my HHR to come in but Andy called every few days to update me until it came in. I returned to the dealership shortly after leaving because of a problem with the child safety lock. Andy came right out and handled the problem and sent me on my way within a few minutes. I am very happy with my new HHR and very happy with my purchase experience at RK Chevy. I will recommend Andy and RK to anyone I know looking to purchase a new car. I wanted to say a very warm, sincere and heart-felt thank you to RK. When I brought my new car in last year for an oil change, not only was I shocked at the totally reasonable price, but the professionalism and timeliness of servicing the car was tops. Many months later, I had a small issue with the car. I called the service department at 8:00 am, went out to RK and I was back in my office around 9:45 am. Most recently, I had another small problem. I took the car back to RK, and within 3 minutes of my arrival, the service technician was in my car to diagnose my problem. After the test drive, he immediately started working to fix it. I was done within an hour.
My past experiences forced me to give up my car for an entire day, which is a tremendous burden for not only me, but whoever has to take me back out to the repair shop. The quick turn-around time at RK has allowed me to wait for my vehicle – repaired and repaired right the first time.
My experience with RK has been fantastic and I would easily recommend them to my friends to service any vehicle they own. Keep up the good work!

"My wife and I had a short-term identity theft crisis. I was referred to Mr. Tom Kline of RK Chevrolet. He immediately jumped on the case and was able to respond to me within 24 hours, letting me know that there was, in fact, only a case of mistaken identity. As it turned out, the lady in question had a different middle initial (by one letter) than my wife. Otherwise, their first and last names were the same. Much to our pleasure, RK Chevrolet pulled through for us, and by the way neither of us drives a Chevy. It sure is great to live in a caring community. My hat is off to RK Chevrolet. Thanks again!"
